I specialize in working with families and significant relationships. Through my work, I guide clients in discovering their relationship needs and responsibilities in a fun, supportive, and exploratory environment. As a Level 1 and Level 2 trained Gottman therapist, I integrate Gottman principles into my couples work, fostering conflict resolution and emotional depth. I have seen relationships benefit from learning how to handle conflict in a relationship-supporting way. I also help couples face and overcome unwanted pornography use through a rich exploration of love, desire, and trust. I use an Acceptance and Commitment framework to integrate a person’s biological, psychological, social, and spiritual wellness work to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, and OCD. For those grappling with past experiences or beliefs that hinder progress, I employ trauma-based Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to process and resolve persistent emotions effectively.

Hi, I’m Tyson, and I would be honored to be a part of the healing journey for you and your loved ones. Finding good support for these life’s challenges can be difficult, but healing is possible. My goal is to foster a collaborative space where clients can work through the deep challenges and receive specialized support. My primary specialization is in supporting individuals and families struggling with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. I also have experience working with couples and families navigating faith crises and transitions, parent-child conflicts, and chronic physical or mental health issues. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Attachment Based Family Therapy as my primary approaches to treatment. I also have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma informed treatment.
